METRO RAILWAY ORGANISED A JOY RIDE FOR 25 STREET CHILDREN

Metro Railway, Kolkata with “Save the Children”, an NGO organised a joy ride for street children to celebrate the “International Day for Street Children” on 12.04.2017 ( Today) in association with “MONT MARTRE”, a very old cultural group in Kolkata. During their Metro ride from Kavi Subhash to Noa Para and back, onboard painting workshop was conducted by volunteers of “MONT MARTRE”. The children were served with painting kits and were taught how to draw and paint. They enjoyed a lot as they were entertained onboard by ‘’UJAN’’, a musical Group who performed traditional folk songs which children also joined.
