SUMMER SPECIAL TRAINS -SOUTHERN RAILWAY

The following special trains will be run to clear the extra rush of traffic during summer, 2017.

1.Special fare special trains between Chennai Egmore – Ernakulam Jn.

Train No.06033 Chennai Egmore – Ernakulam Jn. special fare special train will leave Chennai Egmore at 22.40 hrs. on 01st, 08th, 15th, 22nd, 29th April, 2017 and reach Ernakulam Jn. at 10.45 hrs. the next day.

Train No.06034 Ernakulam Jn. – Chennai Egmore special fare special train will leave Ernakulam Jn. at 19.00 hrs. on 04th, 11th, 18th, 25th April, 2017 & 02ndMay, 2017 and reach Chennai Egmore at 07.30 hrs. the next day.

Composition:AC 2-tier – 1, AC 3-tier – 3, Sleeper Class – 13, General Second Class – 2 & Luggage-cum-brake van -2 coaches.

Stoppages:Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Thrissur and Aluva.

Train No.06033 Chennai Egmore – Ernakulam Jn. special fare special train will stop at Ernakulam Town also.

Train No.06034 Ernakulam Jn. – Chennai Egmore special fare special train will stop at Perambur also.

2.Special fare special trains between Ernakulam Jn. - Rameswaram

Train No.06035 Ernakulam Jn. – Rameswaram special fare special train will leave Ernakulam Jn. at 16.00 hrs. on 02nd, 09th, 16th, 23rd & 30th April, 2017 and reach Rameswaram at 04.00 hrs. the next day.

Train No.06036 Rameswaram – Ernakulam Jn. special fare special train will leave Rameswaram at 22.00 hrs. on 03rd, 10th, 17th, 24th April, 2017 & 01st May, 2017 and reach Ernakulam Jn. at 10.15 hrs. the next day.

Composition:AC 2-tier – 1, AC 3-tier – 3, Sleeper Class – 13, General Second Class – 2 & Luggage-cum-brake van -2 coaches.

Stoppages:Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Pollachi, Palani, Dindigul, Madurai and Manamadurai.

3.Suvidha special train from Kochuveli to Guwahati (via Perambur)

Train No.82642 Kochuveli – Guwahati Suvidha special train will leave Kochuveli at 12.00 hrs. on 02nd & 09thApril, 2016 (Sundays) and reach Guwahati at 08.45 hrs. on Wednesdays.

Composition:Sleeper Class – 8, General Second Class – 6& Luggage-cum-brake van – 2coaches.

Stoppages:Kollam, Kayankulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Podanur, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambur, Gudur, Nellore, o­ngole, Tenali, New Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Brahmapur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore, Hijili, Midnapore, Bankura, Adra, Asansol, Durgapur, Rampurhat, Malda Town, Barsoi Jn., Kishanganj, New Jalpaiguri, Dhupguri, New Coochbehar, New Alipurduar, Kokrajhar, New Bongaigaon Jn., Goalpara Town and Kamakhya.
