Give feedback on Bombardier via Mobile App
Mumbai: Western Railway commuters can submit their feedback about the recently introduced Bombardier rakes through the M-indicator mobile application from April 10.
An M-indicator official said, “Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC), which has procured these rakes, is going to run a mobile survey on M-Indicator app for getting reviews of commuters about the Bombardier rakes.”
MRVC has already planned field as well as online surveys to ascertain commuter feedback. WR has introduced two rakes which are capable to run 12 services each on any given day. Based on the survey, modifications will be carried out in the rakes that are expected to come in future.
M-Indicator will show the survey on its exit page. It will be also available in the Rail Alerts section for two weeks.
MRVC chairman and MD Prabhat Sahai, however, said, “I am not aware of any survey being carried out in association with M-indicator.
