Optimum Utilisation of all Reserved Categories in Trains
Overall occupancy of all categories of reserved trains on Indian Railways during the financial year 2013-14 and during the period from April, 2014 to February, 2015 has been more than 100 per cent. Further, with a view to ensure optimum utilisation of available reserved accommodation, Zonal Railways have been empowered to review different reservation quotas in trains on periodical basis and make adjustments wherever required.
