Ion Exchange India to set-up first Public-Private RailNeet Plant soon

Mumbai: Ion Exchange Ltd of Mumbai has set up bottled drinking water plant under public-private-partnership basis at Amethi in Uttar Pradesh for Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). The plant with a capacity of 72,000 litres per day involved an investment of Rs10 crore. IRCTC has provided land for the project and would off take the entire production of the plant for sale at railway stations and on trains under its Rail Neer brand.
