‘Three Jewels’ – Station Guide Booklet on Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kacheguda Railway Stations on Sale & Short Film on SCR loaded on YouTube for Public Viewing

South Central Railway has brought outa Station Guide Booklet – “Three Jewels”, focusing on three major Railway Stations in the twin cities viz., Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kacheguda. These three stations cumulatively handle around 2.5 lakh passengers on an average per day. This booklet was released at the hands of Shri P.K.Srivastava, General Manager, SCR recently.

This station guide booklet exclusively caters to the needs of rail passengers / tourists visiting Hyderabad – the common capital of the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

‘Three Jewels’, is priced at a nominal Rs.20/-, primarily features the schematic diagrams of these three major coaching terminals; historical background/ architecture of the station buildings; location of various passenger amenities and the services offered etc. In addition, Railway time table, map of the twin cities, information on interesting tourist spots also find place in this booklet. All this information, presented in an attractive design and reader-friendly format, is aimed to be helpful to the passengers and tourists visiting Hyderabad in planning their rail journeys and availing the passenger facilities.

With a view to facilitate the rail users for easy reference and convenient access,
‘Three Jewels’, the station guide booklet has been made available for sale to the rail users and the general public at the Booking offices and Bookstalls at the three railway stations of Secunderabad, Hyderabad and Kacheguda for a nominal price of Rs. 20/-.

Short Film on SCR:-

South Central Railway has produced a short film titled “SCR–Fulfilling Public Aspirations through Customer-centric Growth”, which was released by Shri P.K.Srivastava, General Manager, SCR recently.This short film, primarily showcases the recent achievements / innovations on SCR in a lucid manner, and is presented in a crisp and interesting format. Produced in three languages – English, Hindi and Telugu, the short film is a must see for the public to get to know on the achievements/objectives of SCR and its approach towards a customer-centric growth.

Keeping the public perspective of the short film in mind, SCR has uploaded the film on the YouTube for public viewing and can be accessed by logging onto the You Tube channel. For viewing the Hindi version, one has to type - ‘Short film on South Central Railway in Hindi’; for English version ‘A short film on South Central Railway in English’; and for Telugu version ‘A short film on South Central Railway in Telugu’.
