Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Organizes Special Pilgrimage Tours by Chartered Train Coaches to Various Destinations

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has introduced special pilgrimage package tours by chartered train coaches to Sabarimalai, Rameswaram, Varanasi, Delhi-Agra-Jaipur-Mathura-Vrindavan; Gaya, Prayaga. The package tours include confirmed reservation in trains, hotel accommodation and road transport with guide.

A discount of 5% is offered to those who book their tour at the booking counter in Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF), Hyderabad being held from 11^th to 13^th July, 2014 at HITEX Exhibition Center.

The five nights / six days Secunderabad-Rameswaram Pilgrimage  Package Tour(Comfort and Budget category) which starts o­n 13^th August, 2014, 20^th August, 2014 and 17^thSeptember, 2014 from Secuderabad will cost Rs. 7581/- per person. Visiting sites include Ramanathaswamy Temple, Kothandaramar Temple, Dhanushkodi Beach, Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple, Lakshmana Threetham, Ram Kund, Ramar Padam, Pampan Bridge at Rameswaram; Kumari Amman Temple, three Seas confluence point, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Mandpam in  Kanniyakumari; Nagarcoil Temple, Suchindram Temple, Padmanabhapuram palace, Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple  and ThirumalaiNayakkarMahal in Madurai.

The five nights / six days Secunderabad-Varanasi Pilgrimage  Package Tour (Comfort and Budget category) which starts o­n 8^th August, 2014 and 15^th August, 2014 from Secuderabad will cost Rs. 7381/- per person. Visiting sites include Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Birla Mandir, Sankata Mochan, Tulasi Manasa Mandir, Durga Mandir & Bharat Mata Mandir, Ganga aarthi pooja, Kashi Visalakshi Temple, Annapoorni Temple, Ramnagar Fort, Sarnat, Triveni Sangam Snan-the Ganga, Yamuna and the Mythical Saraswati, Hanuman Garhi, Pataalpuri Mandir, Anand Bhavan, Swaraj Bhavan, Museum & Kusroo Bage.

The four nights / five days Secunderabad-Sabarimalai Pilgrimage  Package Tour(Comfort and Budget category) which will be operated during 15^th November 2014 and 20^thJanuary 2015 from Secuderabad will cost Rs. 4178/- per person. Visiting sites include Vaikom, Kaduthuruthy & Ettumannor Temples, Sabarimalai Ayyappa Darshan & Abhishekham, Village back-water cruise etc. Andhra food is included in off board service.

            The four nights / five days Vijayawada-Sabarimalai Pilgrimage  Package Tour(Comfort and Budget category) will be operated during 15^th November and 10^th January 2015 from Vijayawada. Visiting sites include Vaikom, Kaduthuruthy & Ettumannor Temples, Sabarimalai Ayyappa Darshan & Abhishekham, Village back-water cruise, Guruvayoor, Elephant Yard, Mammiyur Temple, Hanuman Temple & Vadakumnathan Temple. Andhra food is included in off board service. 

The seven nights / eight days Secunderabad-Golden Triangle of North India Pilgrimage  Package Tour (Comfort category) which starts o­n 5^th September 2014 from Secuderabad will cost Rs. 15507/- per person. Visiting sites include Delhi (Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Red Fort, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Akshardham Temple, Jama Masjid if time permits;Jaipur(Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, Amer Fort. If time permits, visit City Palace); Ajmer & Pushkar; Agra (Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Ram Bagh) & Fatehpur Sikri. Mathura (Dwarikadhish Temple, SriKrishna Janmasthan, Krishna Balaram Mandir & Government Museum) & Vrindavan (Prem Mandir).
